Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald (2018)
Started out a bit meh, really confusing at times; but holy crap by the time it got to the ending.
I really hope there’s a scene in one of the sequels where young Dumbledore is woken up in the middle of the night for whatever reason, and he’s wearing his robes from the original films. I’d love to think he was wearing his pajamas the entire time during the HP movies because he’s old and doesn’t give a crap.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (2016)
Yeah, Newt is magical Doctor Who. I was expecting the guy at the end to not get his memory erased, and to instead join Newt and live in the suitcase-tardis and go on wacky adventures together.
I’m sure this is a completely accurate depiction of Canadians.

I laughed at it; but nothing really stood out.
Maybe I should have re-watched Police Academy instead.
I don’t remember a single thing that happened in the first Steve Martin Pink Panther; I just remember it not actually being any good.
So why did I watch this? I was sick with pneumonia, laughing was painful, and I figured, “this will kill some time without injuring me”
Except the scene involving the pope hat actually made me laugh. Oops.
That’s sad though, when a comedy is only accidentally funny.
I didn’t know what to expect. It was interesting, I’ve never seen anything else like it.
It’s nice to see longer jokes; instead of just being nothing but one-liners this movie has a number of jokes that have a set up, build up, then payoff. There are many scenes that set several jokes in motion at once.
