The last time I watched this it was a comedy; now it’s a documentary.
Scanners (1981)
Came for the infamous “exploding head scene”, stayed for the, “HOLY CRAP WTF IS GOING ON?!!”
I wonder if we’re at the point yet where kids have no idea what a record store is?
That’s taking Hollywood Hacking to a whole new level…hacking a computer…WITH YOUR MIND!
Blackhat (2015)
Eh, it’s all right. Drags on a bit too long. Suffers from HOLLYWOOD HACKING SYNDROME.
Wagons East (1994)
Watched it for John Candy; but Robert Picardo was in it too, so that’s cool.
The Last Starship (2016)
What…in the frickin’ heck even is this!?
Kill Switch (2017)
So many studio logos.
Were they trying to be different or something with the first-person view? I didn’t really care for that very much.
I recognize a bunch of those Lego sets. Actually, even though this is supposed to take place in “the future” it looks like all of the Lego sets are from the around the 90s.
The Osiris Child (2016)
That was weird. Almost as out of order as Pulp Fiction.
Automata (2014)
I really should watch Blade Runner. The Original. I haven’t seen that yet. The problem is, I don’t know which version of it I’m “supposed” to watch.
Oblivion (2013)
Well, that wasn’t too bad. Definitely not very original though.
This is apparently the second film I’ve ever seen with Tom Cruise in it, the first being Goldmember.
I noticed their use of the precision f-strike.
Wyrd Sisters [1997]
This was technically a mini-series; but heck, it was all one video on Youtube so I’m counting it.
I liked this more than the live-action version of The Color Of Magic.
Annette Crosbie is a good Granny Weatherwax, although…
The first book to have Granny Weatherwax and Mustrum Ridcully appear together caused me to imagine Waiting for God co-stars Stephanie Cole and Graham Crowden playing the parts. Ever since then, their voices have permanently been stuck in my head for those characters.
Interestingly enough, it turns out that Graham Crowden actually did provide the voice for Mustrum Ridcully in Soul Music.
